Manaless Dredge has the problem against black combo because discard spells are time walks and you start on the draw. LED Dredge is way more explosives and can race certain combo decks effectively. Both of these decks are bad game two decks but their game ones are better against different things. Both of these decks are terrible against hate cards, and while you might be able to have a timely Nature's Claim to blow up that Rest in Peace, in general you can't really mulligan into an answer because you'll still lose. I don't think one of these decks is better than the other, just different.
